How Do Reflexes Combine our different sytems?

But how? How do reflexes combine our different systems of the body?

Reflexes use ALL systems of the body to occur. So without communication, coordination and harmony between multiple systems, a reflex won’t fire (or won’t fire correctly) and ultimately survival could be at risk. Our whole being wants to survive. We are WIRED to survive. So, reflexes become the perfect pathway to use to create a cohesive whole.

Our minds, bodies and spirits are incredibly complicated with so many cells, chemical reactions, and layers. People go to school for DECADES to research, learn and analyze the different systems and parts of the body, mind, and spirit. There are those who have knowledge of each of these systems beyond my understanding. However, I will try my best to show you the basic, most simple way I understand reflex pathways and how they involve all the systems (nervous systems, motor systems, sensory systems, energy systems).

Depending on the reflex, we take in information through a 1. receptor (we have so many different types) (sensory systems), that receptor then sends a message via 2.sensory neurons and neurotransmitters to the 3. spinal cord, the message then goes up to the 4. brain to process, a response goes back down the spinal cord to the 5. motor neurons, (nervous systems) which then 6. tell the muscles what to do (motor unit) and we see a motor response or 7. an action or a movement (motor systems). While all of this is happening, our cells are vibrating, chemical reactions are occurring and heat is releasing and energy is flowing. Each reflex route crosses different meridians and chakras connecting the energy systems to this whole.

Sheesh! No wonder reflex integration can help create seamless cooperation. And why it is so incredibly helpful for healing, learning, development, and more.
