Hello!

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and MNRI Core In Training. I am educated in craniosacral, reiki, and other forms of energy work.

I love working with infants to help them grow, thrive, and play. I believe in prevention and intervention before they are “behind.” I believe in helping to build a foundation for movement and development. Bodies are incredible and support us through many challenges, but they do need help to process information, even as infants. (This could include birth trauma, NICU procedures, and surgeries.)

My Approach

I believe that infants and toddlers require more than traditional physical therapy has to offer at this time. I use a combination of techniques, including Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI), general reflex integration, craniosacral, and aquatic therapy to promote positive changes in your little one.

If you would like more information on MNRI, check out their website: https//masgutovamethod.com.

If you would like more information on general reflex integration, check out moveplaythrive.com.

If you would like more information on craniosacral, check out carolgray.com.

A Little Bit More About Me

In addition to being a physical therapist, I am a children’s book author. I have written the award winning book, Hazel Hears the Earth, and Willow Hears the Water! (Find them at bookshop.org)

I wanted to combine my love of children’s books with my love of reflex integration and I created Reflex Integration Station! This is a fun, simple children’s book to introduce the general concept of reflex integration.
